What You'll Do:

Our Sales Associates are essential to our success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Meet and exceed sales targets by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
• Become a Vision Expert: Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions suited to each customer's lifestyle and preferences.
• Learn and Grow: Enhance your skills through training and collaboration with experienced team members.
• Collaborate & Contribute: Work with your team and leadership to maintain a positive environment.
• Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.

Pay Range:
