Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Bob Ward’s Sports & Outdoors | Bozeman, MT

We are looking for energetic and flexible individuals to join our Bozeman team as seasonal workers from November through December 2025. Seasonal employees will have the opportunity to work in a variety of departments, including shoes, clothing, camping, skis, guns, and cashiering.

This is a fast-paced role that requires enthusiasm, strong communication, and the ability to work well with others while delivering excellent customer service. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required—we are more interested in people who are eager to learn, can adapt to different needs of the store, and who enjoy working with both people and products.

• Must be able to work mandatory sales dates, including peak holiday periods.
• Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Well‑developed communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to different departments and tasks.

• Comfortable approaching and interacting with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Physically able to be on your feet for the duration of each shift.
• Passion for outdoor gear, sports equipment, or related products.
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required.
