Salary: $90,000–$105,000 DOE + Pay-for-Performance Bonus
Status: Full-Time, On-Site with Hybrid Flexibility
About the Role:
RMC is seeking a Director of Operations & Brand Developmentto lead our luxury Event Furniture Rentals & Design division in Montana. This senior leader will oversee both sales growth and operational excellence, ensuring our warehouse, inventory, installations, and client experience uphold RMC’s elevated brand standards.
This role combines business development, event logistics, team leadership, and creative vision, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, hands‑on environments.
What You'll Do- Drive sales, manage the pipeline, and build relationships with planners, venues, and corporate partners
- Lead client consultations, proposals, design presentations, and sales process
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, dispatch, delivery logistics, and onsite installations
- Lead and mentor a team, including the Warehouse Coordinator and Custom Build Lead
- Ensure premium‑level quality control across all rental assets and event builds
- Guide inventory strategy, purchasing, custom builds, and vendor partnerships
- Partner with the GM on budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and long‑term growth decisions
- Elevate the brand through styled shoots, content creation, and social media presence
- 5–8 years in event rentals, warehouse operations, logistics, or luxury hospitality
- 3–5 years in sales, business development, or event design
- Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
- A blend of operational expertise and creative sensibility
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced event environment and lift 50+ lbs as needed
- Weekend and evening availability during peak seasons
