What You’ll Do:
  • Oversight of all Accounting and office management for the company
  • Management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing
  • Ensure the accuracy of the team’s work and that it is completed on time
  • Implement new processes and procedures to make the team more accountable and help mitigate issues
  • Oversee and complete the month-end close process
  • Produce, review, and present financial statements
  • Manage and improve company WIP (Work in Progress) schedule utilizing Sage 300 CRE
  • Continually analyze the job schedule, identify potential issues with open jobs, and raise concern if necessary
  • Complete job costing to allocate costs to the correct jobs
  • Oversee cash management and the assembly of cashflow projections
  • Coordinate an ongoing cadence with operations staff, understanding the status of all jobs and making management aware of possible issues
  • Manage the books for 2 entities of the business and oversee intercompany transactions
  • Calculate debt service coverage ratios and communicate with lenders
  • Ensure that all bank covenants are properly met
  • Assist in the implementation of new company programs for employees
  • Seek process improvement, allowing leadership to focus on the operations and success of the business
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Construction, manufacturing, or similar industry experience required
