Service Manager

Billion Dodge‑Chrysler Jeep is a new and used car dealer located in Bozeman, Montana, serving a vast majority of southwest Montana. Known for having the largest selection of used cars in Bozeman, and the number 1 truck dealer for five straight years we strive to provide excellent service and a vast inventory to meet the needs of our customers.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Service Manager at our Bozeman, MT location. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing service personnel, scheduling and organizing work, maintaining service records, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Service Manager will also be responsible for meeting service department goals and objectives.

• Experience in automotive service management and familiarity with automotive repair processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage service scheduling and operations efficiently
• Technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Commitment to safety and compliance with environmental regulations
• Proficiency in service management software and other relevant computer applications
• ASE Certification or equivalent is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
