Lead Custodian

Overview

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Lead Custodian to support Kadiak and our government customer in Bozeman, MT.

• Supervise, coordinate, and assign tasks to custodial staff.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.

• Inspect work to ensure quality standards.
• Develop cleaning schedules and procedures.

• Order and maintain cleaning supplies/equipment.

• Act as point of contact between staff and management.
• Liaise between custodial staff and other departments.

• Ensure adherence to federal facility cleaning protocols and regulations.

• Handle complex cleaning tasks.
• Assist with setup/cleanup for special events.

• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Lead team in cleaning load balance for compliant results.

• Reports to CE.
• Responsible for various areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
• Ensures a safe and healthy environment. U.S. Citizen High School Diploma or GED (Prefer high school diploma).
• Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls.
• Experience in managing custodial care projects and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be dependable, hardworking, conscientious, cooperative, and able to work independently.
• Custodial, carpet, and floor care experience.

• Mandatory-Advanced Custodial Technical Certification from the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI)
