SummaryAs a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary liaison between our internal business stakeholders and engineering teams. This position requires deep expertise in the Workday Learning module to effectively resolve complex technical issues. Technical Solutions Consultants are inherently inquisitive, adept at navigating ambiguous situations, and proficient in developing innovative solutions to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities- Configure business processes within the Workday Learning module.
- Execute the Workday Learning setup within the tenant environment.
- Offer technical assistance to clients throughout the testing phase, ensuring that all Workday Learning functionalities align with their specifications and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications for Workday Learning configurations.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with client subject matter experts to facilitate successful implementation and optimization of Workday Learning.
- Establish consensus on business processes and design, guaranteeing adherence to Workday Learning best practices.
- Conduct data mapping and execute data loads for learning data, course content, and SCORM files.
- Design, architect, and implement security configurations for learners, instructors, administrators, and support teams within the Learning module.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all Learning-related data within the Workday platform.
- Configure integrations connecting Workday Learning with various third‑party systems.
- Required:
bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required. - 10+ years of experience.
- Deep expertise in Workday Learning Module:
Proven experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting the Workday Learning module. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all Learning‑related data within Workday.
- Technical problem‑solving & solution development:
Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions for client requirements. - Proficiency in creating technical specifications and designing business processes.
- Integration & Data Management
Skills:
Experience with data mapping, data loads (including learning data, course content, SCORM files), and configuring integrations between Workday Learning and third‑party systems.
- Security Architecture & Configuration:
Ability to design and implement security configurations for various user roles within Workday Learning. - Professional communication & stakeholder management:
Strong communication skills for maintaining relationships with client subject matter experts and facilitating consensus on business processes and design. - Experience navigating ambiguity & driving consensus:
Comfort with ambiguous situations and ability to establish consensus among stakeholders, ensuring adherence to best practices.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $80.00 - $85.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits, and life and disability insurance.
