Overview
Title: Technical Solutions Consultant V
Location: Remote Role
Duration: 5+ Months
Pay Range: $85/Hr to $90/Hr
Description: As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary liaison between our internal business stakeholders and engineering teams. This position requires deep expertise in the Workday Learning module to effectively resolve complex technical issues. Technical Solutions Consultants are inherently inquisitive, adept at navigating ambiguous situations, and proficient in developing innovative solutions to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities- Configure business processes within the Workday Learning module.
- Execute the Workday Learning setup within the tenant environment.
- Offer technical assistance to clients throughout the testing phase, ensuring that all Workday Learning functionalities align with their specifications and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications for Workday Learning configurations.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with client subject matter experts to facilitate successful implementation and optimization of Workday Learning.
- Establish consensus on business processes and design, guaranteeing adherence to Workday Learning best practices.
- Conduct data mapping and execute data loads for learning metadata, course content, and SCORM files.
- Design, architect, and implement security configurations for learners, instructors, administrators, and support teams within the Learning module.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all Learning-related data within the Workday platform.
- Configure integrations connecting Workday Learning with various third-party systems.
