Provide resident-centered nursing care in assisted living and memory care.

You’ll build long-term relationships while promoting dignity, choice, and quality of life.

• Deliver daily nursing care and support clinical workflows
• Assess and report changes in condition; support care plan updates
• Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, residents, and families
• Document accurately in eMAR/EHR; support medication management
• Coach teammates and support training as assigned
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols

• Assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Calm, levelheaded presence in urgent situations
• Comfort with MS Office and healthcare software (eMAR/EHR)
• Service mindset with empathy for older adults
• Team collaboration across clinical and care roles

• Nursing roles across senior living, LTC, or related care settings
• Experience with scheduling, training, and documentation
• Customer service in healthcare environments

• At least 21 years of age
• Current nursing license (LPN/LVN)
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Current negative TB test and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
