* Position Summary:
** The Supervisor is responsible for assisting with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and staffing in Programming services subject to policies, budgets, objectives and directives mandated by regulatory agencies, DNV and the hospital administrative team. This role oversees the day-to-day programming operations to ensure activities are engaging, inclusive, and supports the holistic wellness including psychological, intellectual, physical, social, emotional and spiritual well-being as required by federal and state regulations.
The Program Supervisor fosters a positive, nurturing environment while leading, coordinating, and evaluating activities designed to meet resident interest and needs.

* Required:
*** High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* Current Driver’s License and successful completion of driver’s record check if assigned to drive.
* Two (2) years of experience supervising or coordinating senior activities.
** Preferred:
*** American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

* Essential Job Functions:
** In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must have on-time completion of all required education as assigned per DNV requirements, Bozeman Health policy, and other registry requirements.
* Assists department leadership with broad operations to ensure the provision of comprehensive departmental services in compliance with all regulatory agencies and hospital requirements.
* Ensures a collaborative departmental approach to long-range strategic operational planning, care and service design and development of organizational policies, which reflect the mission of the organization.
* Coordinates and oversees the organization-wide departmental services. Continuously assesses, measures and improves departmental performance.
* Demonstrates responsible management of all departmental resources.
* Demonstrates clinical/technical and managerial competency. Ensures staff professional needs are met.
* Leads, teaches, inspires, helps and consistently demonstrates hospital behavioral standards
* Develops, coordinates, and evaluates activity program to support holistic resident wellness; including: coordinating special events, holiday celebrations, community outings, and leading activities for Aspen Pointe and Birchwood.
* Serves as a liaison between residents, leadership, chaplains, and interdisciplinary care teams.
* Establishes and maintains partnerships with communication organizations, schools, and entertainers to enhance programming.
* Produces and distributes monthly newsletter, calendars, resident-facing communication, and informational signage related to programming.
* Driving the bus/van transporting Hillcrest/Aspen Pointe/Birchwood residents as needed.
* Coordinates department vehicles maintenance with appropriate teams.

* The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
* On-call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs.
