Registered Nurse

Provide resident-centered nursing in assisted living and memory care—focusing on quality of life, dignity, and choice.

You’ll coordinate with providers, families, caregivers, and med techs while keeping documentation accurate and timely.

• Implement daily nursing activities and clinical workflows
• Assess, report, and respond to changes in condition
• Partner with residents, families, providers, and the care team
• Document accurately in eMAR/EHR and uphold protocols
• Teach and train teammates as assigned; support move‑ins

• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking
• Calm, levelheaded presence in urgent situations
• MS Office and healthcare software (eMAR/EHR) comfort
• Empathy for older adults; clear, factual documentation
• Follow-through and problem-solving to resolution

• Nursing roles in senior living or long-term care
• Coordination with pharmacies, physicians, or LTC providers
• Experience with scheduling, training, and documentation

• At least 21 years of age
• Current RN license; 2+ years nursing experience
• Current negative TB test; CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Strong time management and attention to detail
