Position Summary:

MUST have 3-5 years of experience!

The physician assistant (PA), under the supervision of a physician, will function as an independent healthcare provider, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care across various settings. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, and performing procedures within the scope of practice as defined by state law and institutional policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Board-certified Physician Assistant
• Montana Licensure
• DEA License if applicable
• American Heart Association BLS certification within 60 days of hire
• Preferred:
  Additional relevant training and two years of experience in a relevant specialty

Essential Job Functions include providing high-quality patient care, performing examinations, writing orders, and participating in quality initiatives. Employees must complete required education and training as per policies.

• Strong communication skills
• Advanced data analysis skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Schedule Requirements:

• Regular attendance required
• Possible extended hours, weekends, and on-call shifts

Physical Requirements include lifting, standing, walking, climbing, and other physical activities necessary to perform job duties.
