Rent is payable monthly.

• Provide Community with proof of current Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage unless Beautician has no employees and is personally exempt from such insurance coverage requirements
• Maintain current beautician’s professional and premises liability insurance and provide Community with evidence of such coverage
• Maintain the Beauty Salon in a clean and safe condition at all times
• Order and pay for all necessary supplies in the operation of the Beauty Salon, unless otherwise arranged through the Community Executive Director
• Provide Community with a schedule of rates, Community must approve prior to use
• Operate the beauty Salon on a regularly scheduled basis, and in a manner acceptable to the Community Executive Director and the residents, acknowledging the Beauty Salon is operated primarily for the convenience of and availability to the residents of Community
• Pay to the Community rent in the amount of $400 per month for the use of Salon, due and payable by the 5th of each month
• Act at all times in a manner that is supportive of the Community and its management
• Maintain a current shop or salon license and a current beautician’s license

• Must have valid state cosmetology or barbers license
• Should have experience working with geriatric customers, including memory care residents
