Servis.ai is B2B SaaS Software - an Operations Platform especially well-suited for Healthcare Delivery organizations. Our business is growing 60% YoY and is poised to break out. In 2026 we’re converting proven healthcare PMF into a repeatable growth engine — starting with Healthcare Providers and Advanced Mobile Care.
THE ROLE (WHAT YOU OWN)Own pipeline creation end-to-end. Set direction, execute using AI, and build a predictable machine that produces qualified pipeline every month.
KEY OUTCOMES- Build a measurable pipeline engine that supports 3.0x pipeline coverage.
- Create crisp positioning and messaging for Behavioral Health and Advanced Mobile Care that converts.
- Package and operationalize repeatable GTM plays (offers, content, outbound support, events, partner enablement).
Build a predictable pipeline system
- Run weekly operating cadence: goals, outputs, scorecards, iteration.
- Drive 4 motions:
Referrals, Events, OEM/Channel, Expansion support.
Package & repeat
- Turn what works into repeatable “kits”: landing pages, decks, talk tracks, email sequences, one-pagers, case studies, webinars.
- Standardize vertical plays so we can scale without reinventing.
Content that sells
- Produce high-velocity assets tied to funnel stages (problem → proof → process → ROI).
- Own customer proof: case studies, quotes, before/after workflows, measurable outcomes.
Website + conversion
- Own site messaging and conversion paths.
GTM enablement
- Equip Sales with what closes: battle cards, objections, industry narratives, discovery prompts, email templates.
You must be able to operate as a high-output “team of many” using AI:
- Draft and ship assets daily (pages, emails, ads, scripts, decks, outreach sequences).
- Use AI for research, competitive teardown, rapid iterations.
- Build lightweight automations (Zapier/Make/n8n-type tools) to scale output.
- Maintain quality control: brand consistency, clarity, accuracy.
- Player/coach ownership: you set strategy, then execute it yourself.
- Healthcare GTM competence: you can market to operators and translate workflow pain into ROI.
- Positioning & messaging: crisp, opinionated, differentiated.
- Performance marketing fundamentals: funnels, experimentation, conversion.
- Partner/OEM co-marketing: partner-ready assets and joint campaigns.
- Metrics discipline: pipeline targets, leading indicators, weekly scorecards.
- Ship vertical positioning + first packaged play for one segment.
- Deliver baseline asset kit: 1 landing page, 1 deck, 3 one-pagers, 10-email sequence, 2 case studies in progress.
- Stand up weekly marketing cadence + reporting.
- Launch second packaged play + distribution plan.
- Run first event/webinar motion with follow-on nurture.
- Launch partner co-marketing kit for OEM/channel motion.
- Show consistent monthly pipeline contribution and a growing library of repeatable GTM kits.
- Document the machine so we can add specialists later.
- High output, self-directed, accountable.
- Clear writer; strong taste; systems thinker.
- Comfortable owning pipeline (not just brand).
- Scrappy without being sloppy.
