Gen Ed - Workforce Non-Tenure Track Faculty - Gallatin College (Applicant Pool)
Gallatin College seeks qualified individuals to provide non-tenure track instruction and related functions. The search committees or hiring authority will review submitted application materials and retain applicants in the hiring pool for up to two years.
ResponsibilitiesPart‑time instructors will teach courses at Bozeman’s MSU or East Frontage Rd locations in one or more of the following specialty areas:
- Professionalism
- Professional Communication
- Interviewing Skills
- Resume Building
- Occupational experience in the workforce field is required. Academic degrees or industry certifications may be needed depending on the course.
- Demonstrated experience working with and engaging students and colleagues within and outside the department.
- Prior teaching experience.
- Three or more years of industry experience in management or hiring.
- Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff enrichment.
- Work professionally and effectively with individuals and groups.
- Possess effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Contribute positively to the academic success of students and the mission of Gallatin College, Montana State University.
Normal classroom environment. The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

Gallatin College offers two degree programs: the Associate of Arts (A.A.) and the Associate of Science (A.S.).
