Gallatin College seeks non‑tenure‑track faculty for the Culinary Arts program to provide instruction and related functions. Position is posted for appointment to the pooled, semester‑based, contract track (Fall & Spring). Salary is $1,300 per credit. Contract term is semester‑based; term may vary by the number of courses taught and duration of the appointment.

- Teach courses in Bozeman in one or more of the following specialty areas:
Professional Chef, Meats & Vegetables, Baking and Pastry, Dairy Foods and Culturing, Pantry and Garde Manager, World Cuisine, Bar & Beverage Management, Meats & Charcuterie, Baking & Pastry, Purchasing & Cost Control. - Engage students and colleagues within the department and across campus.
- Contribute to the academic success of students and the mission of Gallatin College Montana State University.
- Occupational experience in the field is required for all workforce programs.
- Academic degrees or industry certifications may be required depending on the course.
- Experience working with and engaging students and colleagues.
- Prior teaching experience.
- Culinary School Degree.
- American Culinary Federation Certification.
- Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff enrichment.
