As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, and handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.
Typical DayYou arrive a few minutes before the center opens, ensuring everything is ready. Throughout the day you assist customers with Wi‑Fi changes, package location, meeting‑room setups, and technical support. You manage invoices and service tickets, coordinate coffee breaks, handle mail and system tickets, and collaborate with the Community Manager on networking events, e‑invites, posters, and prospect introductions. At day’s end you tidy the space and wrap up group meetings.
AboutYou
- A good communicator who can build strong professional relationships and empathize with customers (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience).
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast‑changing situations.
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
