What You'll Be Doing:

• Reviewing blueprints and bid requests to create accurate project estimates
• Communicating with general contractors and tracking incoming RFQs
• Preparing proposals with detailed material take-offs and pricing
• Coordinating with the project team to ensure scope alignment and timelines
• Managing deadlines and following up on outstanding bids

What You Bring:

• Experience in commercial construction estimating (stone or related trades is a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with estimating software or Excel-based templates
• A collaborative, professional approach when working with clients and team members
