We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendent to join our dynamic construction team. This is an unparalleled opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their expertise in mechanical construction, HVAC, heating, cooling, boiler, plumbing construction, MEP, and construction superintendent duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and plumbing aspects of our construction projects, from planning to implementation and maintenance.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems.

• Oversee and manage all mechanical and plumbing aspects of construction projects.
• Develop and implement project work plans and make revisions as necessary.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all mechanical/plumbing subcontractors, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to the highest standard.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects on project planning, development, and execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and plumbing problems to prevent project delays.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all mechanical and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical construction, HVAC, heating, cooling, boiler, plumbing construction, MEP, and superintendent duties.
• Proven experience overseeing and managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in construction project management software.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields would be an advantage.
