Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Big Sky, MT. The Construction Project Manager will oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing budgets, supervising construction teams, communicating with stakeholders, and providing guidance to ensure project goals are achieved. The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications- Experience in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and overseeing high-end custom home remodels and new builds
- Proficiency in Project Management and Project Coordination to ensure efficient and timely project execution
- Strong abilities in Budgeting and financial planning for successful project delivery
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus
- Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards
- Grit and endurance to withstand the stress and duress of the construction environment
