We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial projects from the field — someone who commands the jobsite, understands commercial systems and sequencing, and takes pride in running clean, safe, well-organized projects.

The Senior Superintendent is the senior on-site leader responsible for the day-to-day execution of commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout. This role owns jobsite safety, schedule performance, quality control, trade coordination, and field-level cost awareness.

You will be the primary driver of field operations and a key partner to the Project Manager, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with contract documents and code requirements.

This position is ideal for a superintendent with extensive commercial experience who thrives in a leadership role and understands how disciplined field execution drives successful outcomes.

• Serve as the on-site authority for all construction activities
• Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff with clarity and accountability
• Maintain a professional, organized, and highly disciplined jobsite

• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and site-specific safety plans
• Conduct daily safety walks and toolbox talks
• Proactively identify and mitigate jobsite hazards

• Assist in building and maintenance of master schedule.
• Develop and manage detailed 3–6 week look-ahead schedules
• Coordinate manpower, inspections, material deliveries, and sequencing
• Identify schedule risks early and implement recovery strategies

• Enforce quality standards per plans, specs, and best commercial practices
• Perform daily QC inspections and document deficiencies
• Coordinate municipal, third-party, and internal inspections
• Lead the 3-phase quality control process
• Direct trade partner performance, productivity, and compliance
• Verify work aligns with drawings, approved submittals, and specifications
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and site access

• Maintain field-level cost awareness and identify scope gaps or overruns
• Assist with change orders, invoice reviews, and progress verification
• Complete daily reports, field logs, and photo documentation

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Proven experience with ground-up commercial, tenant improvement, or complex renovations
• Strong knowledge of structural, MEP, envelope, and life-safety systems
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and inspection processes
• OSHA 30 preferred
