Overview
Ridge Kids Staff members are responsible for providing a safe, active environment for children while their parents/guardians utilize our facility. You will provide short term care, supervision, and ensure each child wellbeing during their stay.
Primary Responsibilities- Caring for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years
- Receiving and processing payments
- Communicating with parents
- Utilizing computer programs for check-in and check-out
- Completing daily cleaning tasks to ensure safety of kids and staff
- Playing with kids and working a variety of kids programs
- Changing diapers when needed
As a member of the team, you will need to be a positive communicator, kind, reliable, and punctual.
Qualifications/Requirements- CPR certification within one month of hire date; we host monthly CPR training courses if you are in need of a certification

- Pay Rate:
Starting $14-$15/hr - This position includes a complimentary membership at our facilities (after 6 month employment, staff may qualify for a couples/family membership)
