Marketing Intern

Bio Squeeze, Inc. is an innovative biotechnology company located in the beautiful state of Montana. Our primary product is Bio Squeeze® which is our novel well sealing technology used to solve annular gas and wellbore integrity issues in the oil and gas industry. Our company is well funded and growing rapidly.

Bio Squeeze, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated student based in Bozeman, MT that is passionate about learning and contributing to a rapidly expanding business. The ideal candidate demonstrates that they are a driven individual looking to grow with the company with opportunities available to extend the internship into the summer and beyond pending performance. This position will report to and be supported by the Marketing & Sales Support Manager.

• Assist with the creation, scheduling, and distribution of content across our social media accounts and website.
• Write articles to be posted on our website and Linked In
• Create graphics in Adobe Photoshop to be posted in all social media accounts.
• Create and update business cards for employees with Adobe In Design
• Analyze prospects from the incoming traffic from all social media accounts and the website
• Analyze and organize data to support key business decisions
• Track marketing budget and report on ROI of campaigns and initiatives
• Assist with building reports and pulling data from our CRM (Hub Spot), including organization charts, contact lists, and sales reports
• Identify and evaluate conferences, sponsor ships, and other promotional opportunities to increase brand visibility
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
• Support the sales team in a timely capacity with research, outreach, and customer engagement tasks.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships between regulatory bodies and client accounts to support project success and compliance efforts.

• Required:
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Independent, motivated, self-starter
  • Organized and accountable, with an attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn about marketing, sales, the oil and gas industry, and the Department of Defense
• Preferred
  • Junior or Senior
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe In Design
  • Experience with Hub Spot
