This is a Part Time (32 hrs) on-site role for a Bridge Tender located in Delray, FL. The Bridge Tender will safely operate and maintain bridge to allow the safe passage of marine, vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Responsibilities include safely opening and closing bridges as required, monitoring traffic flow, maintaining clear communication with vessel operators, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and operational guidelines.

- Strong communication skills to interact with vessel operators and pedestrians crossing the bridge.
- Ability to learn the safety protocols and rules related to bridge and waterway operations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues or emergencies.
- Willingness to work a 4 day on and 4 day off rotating work schedule. This position is part of a 24/7 365 team coverage oportunity.
- Previous experience in bridge operations, transportation, or a related field is a plus but not required.
