Trainer
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Trainer to join our elite team in Palm Beach County, FL. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring our operators and other employees are fully trained in our vehicles, hospitality standards, and our service area.
Compensation- $24.13 per hour
- Vacation: up to 20 days per year
- Up to 49 hours per year PTO (sick) time
- 8 paid holidays per year + your Birthday as an additional holiday

- Prepares, updates, and delivers classroom and behind-the-wheel training for new trainees. Completes accident retraining as needed.
- Conducts evaluations of trainees and performs road evaluations of existing operators.
- Documents training performed and assists the Safety Manager in creating and maintaining Safety and Training Files.
- Mentors new drivers to ensure they are successful.
- Monitors Drive Cam and coaches behaviors with operators as needed.
- Assists in conducting monthly in-service safety meetings.
- Performs duty of an Operations Coordinator when needed.
- Other duties as requested. /ul>Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen as well as standing and walking (closed course).
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds to assist with luggage.
