As a Robotic Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of robotic machinery used in commercial parking lot striping. Your primary responsibilities will involve repairing and maintaining robotic equipment, documenting repairs, and collaborating with technical support to troubleshoot issues. This role demands technical proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute both minor and major repairs on robotic machinery to ensure functionality.
• Document all repairs using both traditional paper forms and on-line platforms.
• Assess robotic machinery to identify necessary repairs and document findings online.
• Utilize technical software for analysis and diagnosis of robotic machinery.
• Operate and maintain a clean work area, including cleaning machinery as required.
• Collaborate with technical support from robotic manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct on-site service calls for repairs.
• Maintain customer relations in a professional and friendly manner.
• Track and record all service activities in the designated on-line platform.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• High School diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years' successful work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Ability to comprehend electronics and mechanical operations of robotic machinery.
• Capability to navigate and utilize on-line platforms for servicing robotic machinery.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and achieve results.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer orientation.
• Current and valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
