What You'll Do

• Support senior technicians on water, mold, and fire damage restoration projects
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Assist in fire and mold remediation, including cleaning and material removal
• Learn how to document job progress using industry-standard tools
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Receive ongoing coaching and training from experienced team members

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and desire to learn a skilled trade
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable working in a physically active role
• Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation (once trained)
• A respectful, team-oriented attitude-we train for skill, but character matters most
