Security Officer - Unarmed Verification

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, authorizations, and/or visitor logs, and directing authorized persons to the appropriate locations;
Monitor entrances, gates, and common areas using visual observation and available systems, reporting unusual activity according to post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying the appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting and reporting maintenance concerns and/or policy violations
