We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations at our key locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures.

• Supervise Security Staff: Manage, train, and lead a team of security officers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Site Operations Oversight: Coordinate and oversee all security operations, including patrols, monitoring surveillance, and access control.
• Incident Management: Respond to and manage any security incidents, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
• Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships and ensure client needs are met with professional security services.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports on site activities, incidents, and staffing.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company and site‑specific security policies and health and safety regulations.
• Staff Scheduling: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing, including handling unforeseen absences or shifts.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to security personnel to ensure high performance.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and propose improvements to strengthen security protocols.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in security services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; security‑related certifications or training preferred.

• Certifications: Valid security guard D license and driver’s license required.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
