• Greeting everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers (“intros”).
• Giving studio tours.
• Working with trainers to guide intros through their first Orange theory workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all studio areas are kept clean and organized.

Orange theory is a 1‑hour, full‑body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a personalized experience in a group setting. It boosts metabolism, burns fat and calories, builds strength and confidence, and improves overall fitness.
