Schedule: Part-time to full-time
Availability Requirements:

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM

Evening Shift: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM

Must be available for at least one weekend day

Were looking for a Lead Sales Associate to be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about converting interest into action. Youll be responsible for driving both membership and retail sales, maintaining a luxurious guest experience, and playing a key role in studio growth.

Make 50+ calls per day to prospects, leads, and former members

Overcome objections and confidently close sales with professionalism and enthusiasm

Convert prospects into members by educating them on the benefits of our membership offerings

Drive retail sales by recommending high-end fitness apparel and gear

Deliver premium service to every guest, ensuring a white-glove experience from walk-in to workout

Support studio operations including front desk duties, opening/closing tasks, and maintaining an elevated retail display

Lead by example by modeling best practices for team members and creating an energetic, goal-driven environment

Track and meet performance goals in membership, retail, and outreach

Sales-Oriented Mindset: Youve consistently hit or exceeded goals and arent afraid to sell or ask for the sale.

Call Confidence: Youre proactive, persistent, and confident on the phone.

Luxury Experience: Youve worked in high-end retail, fitness, or hospitality and understand the expectations of a premium client base.

13 years in a membership sales or luxury retail role

Experience using CRM and POS systems

Strong knowledge of fitness and wellness industry trends

Social media savvy and comfortable promoting Rumbles brand online
