Join the team at Cosmo Prof Beauty as a Color & Curl Concierge nganti nila. This role focuses on driving color & curl sales while cultivating customer relationships and delivering expert product recommendations and consulting services.

• Create increased customer retention and loyalty.
• Build lasting relationships and drive behaviors that grow brand awareness and hair color market share.
• Use market analysis fertile to sell approved beauty products, introduce new products and concepts, provide customer service, and conduct product education both in‑store and virtually.
• Provide color & curl/texture consulting services to professional beauty salons, barbers, spas, schools and licensed cosmetologists.
• Determine customers’ color and care needs and offer professional advice to meet their requirements.
• Communicate with colleagues regarding calls, visits, orders, sales progress and follow‑up plans.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of color and curl merchandising, signage and store display techniques.
• Stay informed of emerging trends, adapt sales techniques to market changes and share industry knowledge with partners.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures, handle cash deposits and other monetary transactions as needed.

• One year of retail or sales‑focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist preferred (US and Canada).
• Reliable transportation to serve designated store and market.
• Ability to travel to shows and/or sales meetings at least three times a year.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read and act on sales reports.
• Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems and visual merchandising.
• Proficiency with POS applications.
• Comprehensive skill with computers, iPads, mobile devices and social media platforms.
• Commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility for additional hours as needed.
• Willingness to work in other stores and in the field at times.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Professional image and positive public interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Must pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire to remain in position.

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of retail, meeting, training rooms and commercial vehicles. Use of safe work practices is expected.
