About the RoleMobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are first. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with customers by building new and deepening existing relationships.
What You'll Do- Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
- Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding.
- Learn how our coverage stacks in customers’ neighborhoods and how plans keep customers connected.
- Redefine wireless service through device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
- Complete in‑store experience training, new skills and processes, system and reference resource knowledge.
- Build relationships with employees across channels to resolve issues, collect leads, and maintain peer accountability.
- Strong desire to learn and master skills required of customer advocates.
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices.
- Effective balance of customer experience and performance goals.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
