About the RoleMobile Associates (MA) work as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. This role is a learning position that prepares you for promotion to Mobile Expert once training is completed.
What You’ll Do- Help customers finish their shopping journey whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Sell personalized solutions that go beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
- Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
- Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources.
- Collaborate with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small‑business leads.
- Build peer relationships and embrace a culture of care & excellence.
- A strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills.
- Competitive drive and confidence in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work with peers and store leaders and share best practices.
- Ability to balance customer experience and performance goals.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods

- Reliable transportation
- Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (20+ hrs) availability
