. This role leads a crew of two or more in landscaping installation, maintenance, and site management.
The Crew Leader Enhancement oversees landscape enhancement and maintenance, including soil, planting, watering, and insect control. The position ensures client standards are consistently met and identifies operational efficiencies while providing hands‑on leadership.
Responsibilities- Conduct site inspections and provide hands‑on guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
- Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
- Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with a strong emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
- 2+ years of landscape installation experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
- Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew.
- Commercial Driver's license (CDL) with a good record.
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and backhoes.
- Able to read architectural drawings.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. (e.g., mulch, fertilizer).
- Ability to load/unload up to 50 lbs. of plant cuttings onto a trailer.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day.
- Work in or near direct automotive traffic.
- Work near or around natural bodies of water.
- Work in extreme temperatures, possibly exceeding 100°F.
- Extended periods in direct sunlight.
