Gastro Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our private practice team in Lake Worth, Florida. Our APPs play an active part in delivering high-quality GI care by coordinating individualized treatment plans under physician supervision and engaging in clinical responsibilities that help drive high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Work collaboratively with a team of 5 gastroenterologists, 3 APPs, and support staff
• Monday through Friday schedule - 8AM to 4:30PM
• Average of 16 patients per day
• Outpatient consults and follow-ups

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida
• National certification as an NP or PA with prescriptive authority
• Bilingual:
  English and Creole required
• Minimum of 2 years of APP experience required (preferably GI and/or internal medicine)

• A thriving outpatient gastroenterology market with strong demand, steady patient volumes, and well‑established referral relationships throughout Palm Beach County
