Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our dedicated nursing team. Partnering with our Director and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will deliver exceptional, personalized care that enhances the quality of life for our residents.

• Collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain the highest standards of resident care and safety
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently, following facility protocols and best practices
• Manage timely ordering of medications, supplies, and equipment to support smooth clinical operations
• Follow individualized care plans, provide skilled wound care, and ensure precise documentation
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations

• Current and valid LPN license in the State of Florida
• Prior experience in skilled nursing preferred
