Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - Per Diem at Maxicare Select Inc in Palm Beach County, Florida. Maxicare Select, a Legacy Care Partners, Inc company, provides Nursing, Therapy, and Aide services to Worker's Compensation Insurance and Private Duty patients. Established in 2004, we are licensed in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties, serving the South Florida area with quality home health care services.

This is a per-diem position for an RN who is passionate about delivering high-quality home health care in patients’ homes. Flexibility to drive throughout Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties is a plus.

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans (no OASIS assessments).
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV infusions, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and medication regimens.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide coordinated and holistic care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Coordinate and communicate with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations, professional standards, and Maxicare Select policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

• Valid and current RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of home health or related experience
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
