Assistant Community Association Manager
First Service Residential
First Service Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to support property management, board, and residents for the assigned property.
Job OverviewAssist and support the property manager, the larger management team, the board, and community residents for the assigned property. Ensure property is maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives and facilitate solutions to operational challenges.
Responsibilities- Maintain current knowledge of state regulatory statutes and community documents, policies, and procedures.
- Perform annual property inspections and coordinate insurance requirements.
- Coordinate vendor and board meetings, draft minutes, and upload association documents to the website.
- Handle call center inquiries and association account ledger inquiries.
- Order and reconcile P‑card purchases and complete annual violation inspections.
- Record daily POS transactions, checks, and mailings, and reconcile taxes monthly.
- Assist with onboarding new associates and setting up new vendors.
- Assist with incident reporting, correcting missed punches, and preparing monthly reports.
- Assist in the development of operating and capital budgets.
- Establish industry contacts and maintain relationships through trade organizations and networking.
- Follow safety procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and assume other duties as directed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CAM license required.
- Strong managerial background and two years of on‑site management experience preferred.
- Strong customer service principles and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical procedures, leases, and regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Lift up to 50 lbs; standing, sitting, walking, and occasional climbing.
- Work at a personal computer for extended periods and talk on the phone for extended periods.
- Detect auditory or visual emergency alarms; on‑call 24/7.
- Work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and drive when necessary.
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; flexibility as needed.

Compensation$25.00 – $27.00 per hour.
