Tennis Court Maintenance – Part Time – Sat & Sun – 5am‑1pm

Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with the daily maintenance of the tennis courts and area/facilities.

• Assists Maintenance Supervisor with morning tennis court & facility maintenance.
• Assists with daily inter‑club & intra‑club league preparations.
• Executes daily, weekly & monthly tasks directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assists Pro Shop/Operations Manager with daily operational items when needed.
• Informs Pro Shop/Operations Manager immediately when a court is not in playing condition.
• Required to be punctual, reliable, and stay on task until completion.
• Brooms 16 courts by cart (at times, by hand) and "lining" the courts with line sweeper twice a day.
• Lifts/moves 50‑100 lbs. up to 100 times a day.
• Shovels wet or dry green rock and removes to dump area.
• Takes down and replaces windscreens from 16 tennis courts.
• Moves furniture from pavilion and canopy areas.
• Performs other duties and/or tasks as directed by Director of Tennis.

• Must possess excellent organizational skills and coordinate and complete tasks with limited supervision.

• Using and operating a Fork Lift.
• Knowledge of and certification in AED/CPR/First Aid.
• Safe operation of Service, Mule, Brutus Roller, court Pac Roller, and golf cart.

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent required.
• Two years tennis court maintenance experience required.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills required.
• CPR certification/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Ability to lift/move 50‑100 lbs. up to 100 times a day.
• Ability to withstand heat/humidity/wet conditions, as most work is conducted outside.
• Ability of brooming 14 courts by cart (at times, by hand) and "lining" the courts with line sweeper twice a day.
