Full-service law firm with offices throughout New York State and Florida. The firm provides a comprehensive range of legal services to individuals, businesses, and institutions, including corporate and business law, litigation, real estate, trusts and estates, employment law, and tax and regulatory matters.

• Counsel clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax matters
• Draft and implement estate planning documents, including wills, trusts and related instruments
• Manage trust and probate administration from inception through completion
• Advise clients on trust funding, asset titling, and administration strategies
• Collaborate with attorneys across firm offices and practice areas

• Active admission to the Florida Bar
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and tax matters
• Experience with elder law and wealth planning preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient with legal technology and modern law office systems
• Familiarity with Florida probate courts and local procedures
