Digital Marketing Manager

Location:

West Palm Beach, FL (3–4 days/week in-office)

A growing consumer-focused company in West Palm Beach is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media and digital acquisition campaigns. This hands‑on role will own the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns across multiple consumer channels, including ad buying, SEM/paid search, audience targeting, SEO research, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consumer-focused performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, X, and other paid media channels.
  • Manage large paid media budgets, including targeting strategy, bid management, and creative testing.
  • Conduct SEM and SEO research to optimize campaigns and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates.
  • Track campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM tools, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with pipeline and KPI goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with a focus on consumer campaigns.
  • Hands‑on experience managing large paid media budgets.
  • Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEM, SEO, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce).
  • Expertise in landing page optimization, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio dashboards, and attribution tracking.
