Application Manager Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne; Finance

The Application Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One Finance applications, ensuring smooth operations, upgrades, and enhancements. This role involves coordinating with business stakeholders, managing technical teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Application Management – Oversee JD Edwards Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets). Ensure system stability, performance, and availability.
• Manage application upgrades, patches, and ESUs.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Work closely with Finance business teams to gather requirements. Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Project Change Management – Lead implementation and enhancement projects. Manage change requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Team Leadership – Guide CNC, Technical, and Functional teams. Ensure adherence to best practices and governance.
• Compliance Documentation – Maintain SOX compliance and audit readiness. Prepare technical and functional documentation.

• Experience JD Edwards Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise One Finance modules.
  • Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Technical Knowledge
  • Understanding of CNC architecture.
  • Familiarity with SQL, UBE, and JD Edwards reporting tools.
• Project Management
  • Experience in managing ERP projects and upgrades.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• 8 years of experience in JD Edwards Finance.
• Experience in managing offshore/onshore teams.
• Knowledge of integration with other systems (HR, SCM).
• Certification in JD Edwards or Project Management (PMP/Prince2) is a plus.
