Hematology Oncology Associates was established in Palm Beach County over 35 years ago, and has grown to include 10 Board Certified Hematologist and Oncologists and 6 Nurse Practitioners in 3 convenient locations within our community. Our goals are to provide state of the art cancer treatments with a high level of compassionate care in a warm inviting environment. We also specialize in treatment of coagulation blood disorders, leukemias and other hematologic benign conditions.

• Supervise and lead administrative staff within the oncology office.
• Coordinate scheduling, task assignments, and workflow for staff.
• Train new front desk staff members and provide ongoing support to ensure they meet office protocols and procedures.
• Ensure that the office operates efficiently and that all resources are available for staff and patients.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are appropriate and that items are ordered when necessary.
• Oversee patient flow to ensure minimal wait times and a positive patient experience.
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling to accommodate the needs of patients undergoing oncology treatments.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the office.
