Pharmacy Technician role description:
You will be front and center ensuring members get accurate orders on time. This hire supports our growing number of member orders and you will work closely with multiple teams to deliver a seamless pharmacy experience for members.
This posting is for our location in Boynton Beach, FL. This is a 6-month assignment to start with a potential to extend or convert to a full-time role, based on business needs.
What You7ll Do:- Process prescription and OTC medication orders, including picking orders, packing for shipment, and maintaining an organized working environment
- Receive medication and packaging deliveries and be able to lift up to 55 lb
- Troubleshoot order and shipping issues in partnership with the pharmacist, operations, and care teams
- Work side by side with a pharmacist to ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medication
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, engineers, product managers, and more
- Find creative, fun, and professional ways to deliver the best possible experience for patients
- Unrivaled empathy and patience when helping patients
- Ability to think quickly and work autonomously
- Ability to lift up to 55 lb
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Connection with the mission of Ro
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active FL Pharmacy Technician License
- PTCB or ExCPT certification (preferred)
