Position: Floor Tech
Location: Boynton Beach, Florida
Shift: Part-Time | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

• Respect and uphold residents’ rights and privacy at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Promptly report complaints, incidents, or allegations of abuse, neglect, or property misappropriation.
• Follow safety and infection control policies, using proper safety equipment.
• Participate in fire and disaster drills.
• Wash, wax, seal, and buff facility floors according to schedule.
• Maintain and properly store floor care equipment.
• Clean windows, sweep outdoor areas, and remove debris to maintain facility appearance.
• Perform light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, cleaning vents, washing garbage cans).
• Assist with cleaning and lubricating resident care equipment (wheelchairs, shower chairs).
• Use cleaning supplies efficiently and keep all areas neat and orderly.
• Attend in-service trainings, staff meetings, and quality assurance programs.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and safe work environment.

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience in nursing homes or healthcare facilities required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, and crouch as needed
• Experience operating floor care equipment
