Your attention to detail when collecting, following up and reviewing required documentation for a pipeline of loans will place our customers mind cessing a loan can be like guiding a traveler on a long safari. Customers can easily feel lost in the complexities, except for those lucky enough to have someone with your exceptional skill to get them through.

We need you to be responsible for processing loans within designated builder communities and managing a pipeline of loans. A key function of the Processor is to collect, follow up and review required documentation according to guidelines of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA to facilitate closing and sale ability of the loan. Other functions include but are not limited to updating files 45-60 prior to closing, preparing the file for final underwriting, pre-closing and evaluating all conditions of approval from the underwriting department.

Processor must maintain communication with borrower, builder and assigned team to facilitate high customer service levels.

Requirements for this position include at least 2 years of mortgage experience. Knowledge of and familiarity with real estate and mortgage terminology is helpful. Government loan experience is a plus. Strong communication, analytical and math skills are essential.
