Title Closer

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Closer opportunity available with a busy and well-established Title Company for their Boynton Beach, FL location.

The Title Processor/Closer is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Managing files from executed sales contract through processing and preparation of the Closing Disclosure/HUD.
• Coordinating with relevant parties to obtain required documentation and resolve title issues in support of the processing team.
• Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other title requirements to ensure compliance with title commitments and lender closing instructions.
• Ordering, reviewing, and disclosing matters related to surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, and sales contracts.
• Preparing the final Closing Disclosure/HUD and complete closing package.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 3+ years of experience in a Title position handling Processing and/or closing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with Qualia Software software.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Florida Title Agent License.
• Florida Notary.

Pay Rate Range: $28.85 - $31.25 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
