Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy across accounts, and maintaining compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire bookkeeping process, including maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure seamless financial transactions.

- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date account balances.

- Perform credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.

- Prepare and file sales tax reports while adhering to local and federal regulations.

- Utilize Quick Books for tracking and managing financial data efficiently.

- Generate detailed financial statements and reports for management review.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.

- Monitor cash flow and provide insights to support financial decision-making. Requirements - Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of financial principles.

- Proficiency in Quick Books for managing and analyzing financial data.

- Expertise in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

- Skilled in performing bank and credit card reconciliations with attention to detail.

- Knowledge of sales tax preparation and filing requirements.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
