Role OverviewWe seek a passionate, reflective Art teacher with an entrepreneurial spirit to deliver highly personalized instruction, inspire curiosity, and nurture confidence and independence across core subjects.
- Reimagine traditional lessons as launchpads, designing bold, engaging experiences that build literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking.

- Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Must hold valid Florida Teacher Certification in Art Education K–12 or a Temporary Florida Teaching Certificate with an agreement to complete full certification within three years.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching or art instruction experience (preferred).
- Strong background in visual arts, art history, and studio practices.
- Experience with individualized and inclusive teaching approaches.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Empathy for students and enthusiasm for developing personalized, one‑to‑one learning relationships.
