Art teacher position at Dragons Academy, a next‑generation fully accredited 1:1 learning school for grades K–12.

We seek a passionate, reflective Art teacher with an entrepreneurial spirit to deliver highly personalized instruction, inspire curiosity, and nurture confidence and independence across core subjects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Must hold valid Florida Teacher Certification in Art Education K–12 or a Temporary Florida Teaching Certificate with an agreement to complete full certification within three years.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching or art instruction experience (preferred).
• Strong background in visual arts, art history, and studio practices.
• Experience with individualized and inclusive teaching approaches.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Empathy for students and enthusiasm for developing personalized, one‑to‑one learning relationships.
